fLAVOR

These tiny plants each offer their own distinct flavors, similar to the mature plants. For example - beet micros have an earthy flavor just like a beet, but their microgreens have a more delicate texture and flavor. Enjoy multiple fresh flavors in just one bite!

VARIETY

Adding microgreens to a guest menu is our favorite way to impress a crowd. They are the ideal finishing touch to any dish, and perfect any salad! You can add different flavors of microgreens in just one sandwich, wrap, or dish for a different taste each time.

NUTRITION

Nutritional studies on microgreens are in the early stages, but have already unearthed some key findings! Microgreens contain up to 12x the amount of vitamins and minerals than their respective mature plants. Just imagine how much regular broccoli you would have to eat to get the same nutrients as a handful of broccoli microgreens!

MICROGREENS VS. SPROUTS

Microgreens are harvested at the plant growth stage between a sprout and a baby green. They have the flavor of a baby green, but are more delicate like a sprout. Eating microgreens is similar to eating the stem and leaves of a plant, while sprouts = seed and stem, and baby greens = just leaves.
